Young children who go to Little Ducklings Daycare and Preschool get the tools and support they need for their healthy development. All activities are carefully designed to adequately nurture the emotional, intellectual and physical growth of our kids. OUR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
OUTDOOR PLAY
Children absolutely need outdoor play. They need the sun, microbes, and to learn and play in nature. No matter what your child needs are, outdoor play is a one size fits all. You can’t go wrong learning outdoors and having fun in the sun!
FREE PLAY
Here at Little Ducklings Daycare and Preschool, children are free to play, explore, and grow on their own. Free play encourages children to make their own decisions, learn their own abilities, and find out their greatest strengths. All while doing something they love, playing!
IMAGINATIVE PLAY
We believe that imagination is the key to learning and creativity! Imaginative play allows children to explore the world around them, express themselves, and develop essential cognitive and social skills—all while having fun.
Whether they’re pretending to be chefs in a play kitchen, building castles out of blocks, or taking care of stuffed animals in a “veterinary clinic,” our little learners engage in hands-on experiences that foster problem-solving, teamwork, and emotional growth. Through dress-up, storytelling, role-playing, and open-ended play, children gain confidence, communication skills, and a love for learning.
At Little Ducklings Daycare and Preschool, we provide a variety of engaging materials and a welcoming space where imagination can run wild. We encourage curiosity, creativity, and endless possibilities—because in a child’s world, every day is an adventure!
